Environment Centre Hamilton was at the TVNZ Balloons breakfast
The rain held off and the Environment Centre once again supported using alternatives to plastic at the Balloons on the Waikato breakfast by providing potato starch plates and wooden spoons for the 1000 or so folk who turned up for a free breakfast at Innes Common on the 25th March. Thanks to the volunteers who gave out the plates, and the monitors who ensured the organic bins were kept clear of plastics.
